- Share the name of the solicitor or law firm representing the OMC.
- Indicate if any house rules exist beyond those stated in the OMC's Memorandum and Articles of Association, providing details and confirming adherence to Section 23(4).
- Confirm whether a sinking fund has been established under Section 19 of the MUDs Act, including the fund’s level and contribution amounts.
- Detail service charge amounts and submit current annual service charge estimates and compliance confirmations as per Sections 18 and 17 of the MUDs Act.
- Address any awareness of claims against the OMC funds or proposals for significant repairs affecting service charges.
- Report any pending court applications concerning the OMC or Multi-Unit Development as required under Section 24.
- Provide a certified copy of the current block insurance policy, ensuring it is in force and noting the name of the Purchaser's mortgagee if applicable.
- Upon closing, present a letter to the OMC confirming ownership changes and a confirmation of service charge payments.
