Filling out the Security Daimun form is straightforward and essential for participating in the DAIMUN 2013 conference. This guide will walk you through each section of the form to ensure you complete it accurately.

Follow the steps to effectively complete the Security Daimun form.

1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the form and open it in the editor.
2. In Section 1, provide your personal and contact details. Include your first name, family name, gender, nationality, date of birth, name of your school, and current grade or class for the 2013-2014 academic year. Additionally, enter your personal email and mobile number.
3. Enter details for your co-delegate in the same manner. This includes their first name, family name, gender, nationality, date of birth, name of school, current grade or class, personal email, and mobile number.
4. Proceed to Section 2 for payment information. Note that a payment of Rs.2000 is required, and it should be made via cheque payable to Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Remember to write your name and mobile number on the back of the cheque.
5. In Section 3, list your preferences for the country you wish to represent. You should rank five countries according to your preference related to the discussed topics, ensuring you refer to the list provided in the accompanying Information Handbook.
6. For Section 4, write a collaborative essay of 600 to 800 words about the tensions between Iran and Israel, focusing on the root causes and solutions. This essay should be shared between both delegates of the application.
7. Finally, confirm your understanding of the attendance obligations and fees. You and your co-delegate should sign in the designated areas and date your application.
8. Once all information is accurately filled out, save your changes. You can then download, print, and share the completed form as needed.
