Mailed paper transcript orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. The default shipping method is USPS, but an expedited option via FedEx is available with additional shipping charges.

In the absence of a list of colleges to select, have your institution send your official PDF transcript directly to transcriptevaluation@cscc.edu We do not accept PDF transcripts sent from a student's personal or CSCC student e-mail account.

Average school sending times are within 2 business days from when Parchment notifies them. Please note: Sending times vary by school.
