- Select the eChallan-Online Government Receipt Accounting System option.
- Proceed to the website by clicking on 'Continue to this website.'
- Confirm the prompt by clicking 'OK.'
- Enter the login ID as 'guest.'
- Click the login button twice to access the system.
- Select the department as 'Industries' from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the relevant DDO code for your concerned district.
- Select the Head of Account as '0057-00-800-OTHER RECEIPTS.'
- Provide remarks stating 'Registration fees.'
- Select the services option related to registration fees: '0057-00-800-02-1000.'
- Choose the payment code as either 'Manually' or 'Net Banking.'
- Select the nearest bank for depositing the registration fees.
- Enter the firm name under the tendered by section.
- Provide the address of the firm.
- Input a mobile number for contact purposes.
- Enter the type code as specified in the instructions.
- Click the submit button to complete the submission of the form.
- Print the e-challan for your records.
- Deposit the required annual registration or renewal fee of Rs. 1000/- at the selected bank if manual payment code is chosen.
- Send the original copy of the e-challan along with other registration documents to the relevant office.
