The advanced level Certificate: Accounting Qualification consists of six modules. The qualification covers higher-level accounting tasks, including drafting financial statements, managing budgets, and evaluating financial performance.

The NQF Level 5 Certificate Accounting: Public Sector covers higher level accounting tasks, including drafting financial statements, managing budgets and evaluating financial performance. This qualification is aimed at building capacity in accounting technicians within the public sector.

Once you have successfully completed your training, you can apply for Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLs) status. QTLs is equivalent to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England which allows you to work as a Qualified Teacher in state schools.

This qualification will equip you with knowledge and practical skills in bookkeeping, financial accounting, income tax, financial management, reporting standards, corporate strategy, management accounting and research. There are 2 levels in this study programme.
