6. Provide the details for the wanted person, including their last name, first name, middle name, alias, and address.
7. For arrested individuals, ensure you fill out the arrest information, which will become available automatically when relevant status is selected.
8. Once all information is entered, click the 'Save' button. A confirmation message will appear, and you should click 'OK' to acknowledge.
9. If you have a soft copy of the warrant of arrest, you will be prompted to upload it. Click 'OK' to proceed with the upload.
10. Select the file by clicking the browse button on the upload screen, then click the 'Upload Warrant' button to complete the transaction.
11. If you want to create another warrant, click 'OK' on the prompt that appears. Otherwise, click 'Cancel' to terminate the transaction.
12. At any point, you can save your progress, download, print, or share the completed document, as needed.
