The suitability of the work will be determined by considering factors such as the degree of risk involved to the claimant's health, safety and morals; the claimant's physical fitness; the claimant's prior training and experience; the distance of the available work from the claimant's residence; the prevailing condition ...

You must have sufficient qualifying wages and a minimum of 18 credit weeks in your base year. You must have a qualifying separation. And, you must be able and available to accept suitable work and not refuse work when offered. UC eligibility cannot be predetermined.
