12. Filling in the first name of the baby is mandatory. Don't forget to add a middle name if applicable.
13. Provide the discharge date for either the mother and baby or indicate if the mother was discharged without the baby. Include information regarding maternal death if relevant.
14. For each baby, repeat the previous steps to ensure all details are accurately filled out, including weight for both babies if applicable.
15. Finally, review all entered information for accuracy and completeness before saving the changes. You can download, print, or share the completed Birth Notification as necessary.
