An undergraduate student is limited to three grade-bearing enrollment attempts for any specific class. A student attempting the same class for the third time will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to the out-of-state tuition for the same number of semester credit hours.

You take the course again the following semester and earn another 'D'. Although you need to retake the course to earn credit for your degree, you are no longer eligible to receive federal aid for that class. Additionally, you cannot use that course toward enrollment for financial aid purposes.

A student may enroll in no more than 19 semester credit hours during an entire Fall or Spring Semester, and no more than 15 semester credit hours during an entire Summer Semester, regardless of the combination of terms.

How to Complete Your Timesheet. Employees enter timesheets directly into PeopleSoft ESS. The timesheet routes to your supervisor for approval in PeopleSoft. Department timekeepers are no longer responsible for entering timesheets for these employees.

Students may challenge the same UTSA course only once. To challenge a UTSA undergraduate course, the student must enroll in the course and request the challenge examination from the instructor.
