This guide provides a step-by-step approach to completing the Mydgs registration form. Designed for DGS Staffing Division employees, it will help you successfully navigate the form and ensure all necessary details are filled out correctly.

Follow the steps to complete your registration online.

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the registration form and open it in your preferred editing tool.
2. Enter your 9-digit DGS PPR number, which always begins with '8' and ends with '00'. This number is your DGS employee number with '00' added at the end. If eligible, you will move to the next screen. If you receive a 'PPR Not Enabled' error, please contact support using the help form.
3. Provide a valid email address and create a password in the designated fields.
4. Once you see the Important Announcements screen, you have successfully registered and logged in.
5. To update your profile, click on your name at the top of the page.
6. Change your email address or password in the appropriate box. After making changes, click 'Update'.
7. If the update is successful, you will return to the Important Announcements screen.
8. To log out, click the logout button located at the top right corner of the page.
