Mailed to New York University, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 383 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003, USA. All mailed transcripts and other proof of graduation documents, however, should bear an official stamp and signature and be mailed from a student's school in a sealed envelope.

If you cannot access the form, include in a letter the information listed below. Mail your request to: Registrar's Office, Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY 10577.

It is strongly recommended that official transcripts from US institutions only be sent electronically to gradadmissions@fitnyc.edu. If ordering transcripts from a predetermined list of schools, make sure to choose the option for the "FIT - School of Graduate Studies".

Current and previous students may request Official Transcripts through Self-Service Banner. Go to the "Student" menu, then select "Student Records." Choose "Order Official Transcript." If you don't have access to Self-Service Banner, you can request a transcript via the Parchment website and clicking Order.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.
