Get Share Form

Sign in to https://forms.office.com with your school log-in. Select the form or quiz you'd like to share in the My forms tab. Select Share. Beneath Send and collect responses, select Anyone with the link can respond. Choose how you'd like to share the link:

How to save Form as a template From the Form you want to save as a template, click Share, then click on the Copy button next to the link under Share as a template. Email that link or send via Teams to the recipient as necessary.

Send a form for others to edit Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click More . Click Add collaborators. Click "Invite people." In the "Add editors" window, add email addresses to share it with others. Click Send.

On the Settings page, under the Services tab, click Microsoft Forms....External sharing Send a link to the form to people outside of your organization and collect responses from external people. Collaborate on the form (e.g. edit questions, change the theme design) with people outside of your organization.

Under Tabs for your team, click Forms. In the Forms tab configuration page that opens, choose Create a shared form that your team can edit, then provide a name for your new form. Post to the channel about this tab is automatically checked so you can immediately share your new form with your team.

You can easily share a form or quiz as a template so that colleagues and teachers can duplicate, customize, and use it as their own.
