Dismissal of Actions. All cases which shall have been pending upon the docket for 3 years, without any action being shown on the docket other than being placed on the trial list, shall be marked “dismissed,” and notice thereof sent to the parties or representatives who have appeared in the action.

Approval of Settlements: Minors. (a) All petitions for approval of settlement of actions on behalf of minors shall be signed by the parent, next friend or guardian of the minor.

Automatic Disclosures. (4) for inspection and copying, any insurance agreement or policy under which an insurance business may be liable to satisfy all or part of a possible judgment in the action or to indemnify or reimburse for payments made to satisfy the judgment.

All motions for continuance shall be in writing, signed by the moving party stating the reasons therefor and stating that the opposing party does not desire a hearing on the motion, if such is the case. B. No motion for continuance shall be granted without a hearing unless approval of the opposing party is obtained.
