- Upon successful registration, click ‘Finish’ to return to the Accounts homepage.
- To reset your password, revisit https://myaccount.gcu.edu and select the ‘Reset Your Password’ link.
- Avoid using the ‘Back’ button in your browser throughout the reset process to maintain session security.
- Fill in the ‘Domain’ field with LOPES and input your username in the ‘Accounts’ field. Click ‘Submit’.
- Authenticate again by entering your GCU username@lopes.com and your current password if prompted.
- Respond to the three security questions you set up previously and hit ‘Submit’.
- If forgotten, contact your Academic Counselor or Technical Support for a temporary password. Then follow the complete registration process again to reset.
- Input a new password (minimum of eight characters) in the provided field and confirm it by re-entering. Click ‘Change Password’ to finalize the update.
- Select ‘Finish’ to complete the password reset. Note that it may take up to fifteen minutes for the new password to activate.
