Follow the steps to successfully fill out the Yqfn application form.

- Begin by filling out Part A: Student Information. Provide your last name, first name, social insurance number, treaty number, date of birth, address, phone number, marital status, email, and next of kin details. Make sure to input a valid email address you regularly check.
- Move to Part B: Family Status. Here, list your spouse's name and date of marriage or common-law. Include details about your dependents, such as their names, ages, birth dates, and whether they reside with you.
- In Part C: Previous Education and Training, fill out the levels of education you have completed. Include the institution name, program name, year, and indicate if the program was completed by marking Yes or No.
- Proceed to Part D: Assistance Required. Specify if you are applying for funding for an accepted institution, the program or course of study, institution name and location, start date, student ID, and whether you plan to attend full-time or part-time.
- In Part E: Short Essay, answer the questions regarding your choice of training, your career interests post-completion, and how this education will contribute to your development.
- Complete Part F: Student Approval/Authorization to Release Academic Information. Authorize the release of your academic records and sign and date the section.
- Lastly, review the student checklist at the end of the application form to ensure all required documents such as transcripts and acceptance letters are attached. Save your changes, and then download or print the completed application.
- Submit your application along with all supporting documentation to the Yellow Quill Post-Secondary Program by fax or email.
