- Select ‘Yes’ to confirm that your gross receipts are under $50,000.

- If the Organization Name shows as something other than your full chapter name, enter your full chapter name in the DBA name field.
- Enter your chapter’s mailing address as you provided in your annual report.
- If applicable, enter your chapter website's URL in the designated field.
- Select ‘Person’ for the ‘Type of name’ field when entering the Principal Officer's information.
- Provide the name and mailing address of the principal officer.
- Click the ‘Save Changes’ button to record your entries before moving on.
- Make any necessary corrections or additions, then proceed by clicking the ‘Submit Filing to IRS’ button.
- To verify your entries before final submission, click ‘Cancel’ to return to this step; otherwise, proceed with ‘OK’.
- To check the filing status, click the ‘Go To Filing Status Page’ button where you will see updates on your submission.
- To print your submitted Form 990-N for your chapter's records, click the ‘View Form 990-N (e-Postcard)’ link and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When finished, click the ‘Log Out’ button to end your session securely.
