7. If the firearm(s) are being temporarily exported, complete the additional fields for State Department license, port of exit, and port of reentry.
8. Sign the form, ensuring that the signature is in ink. Print or type all other entries as required. Make sure all information is accurate and complete.
9. Once all entries are completed, review the form for any errors or omissions before submitting.
10. Save changes to the document, and then download, print, or share the form as needed based on your requirements.
