- Obtain and include original Police Certificates from each country where you have resided for six months or more since your 18th birthday. Mention the date you applied for the Israeli certificate in your application.
- Gather reference letters from current and past employers that detail your duties in the workplace. Ensure these letters are original and signed by the employer, including their contact details.
- Attach the Employer-employee contract that meets the labor standards and working conditions for the province you will work in.
- Provide proof of training or experience: either six months of full-time training in a related field or one year of full-time paid employment within the last three years, including six months with the same employer.
- Secure the Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from Service Canada, which your employer can provide.
- Include photocopies of academic documents, such as school transcripts, certificates, and diplomas, and be prepared to provide originals during your interview.
- If applicable, submit the Certificat d’Acceptation du Québec (CAQ) if you will be working in Quebec.
- If someone is assisting you in completing your application or acts on your behalf, complete and submit the Use of a Representative form (IMM5476).
- Once you have filled out all fields and attached the necessary documents, save your changes. You may then download, print, or share your completed Aplicasan form as needed.
