All partners are eligible to accrue sick time. You accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 25† hours worked, and you can use it as soon as it's accrued. There is no sick time accrual maximum; however, you may only carry over up to 520 total hours of sick time from year to year (January 1 – December 31).
