Get Ezstub

This guide provides a comprehensive overview to assist users in filling out the Ezstub online. Following these steps will ensure that you navigate the process smoothly and effectively upload your pay stub files.

Follow the steps to successfully complete your Ezstub upload.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it for editing.
2. Type the web address www.ezstub.net into your internet browser window to access the Ezstub portal.
3. Log in using your NPC account number and password, then click the Sign In button. Remember, passwords are not case-sensitive.
4. From the main menu, click on the Import File tab located below your account name to reach the Ezstub Import page.
5. Select the actual payroll date by clicking the calendar button next to the pay date field, followed by selecting the employee pay stub delivery date.
6. Ensure that the pay stub file type is correct; it should display the title of your payroll software program. If not, click the dropdown arrow to choose the correct title.
7. If you are using an FTP file, select it by clicking the file name in the FTP Primary File field. For non-FTP files, click the Browse button to select the primary file for upload.
8. Click the Upload File button at the bottom of the page to upload your file. If you're uploading a non-FTP file instead, click the Upload non-FTP File button.
9. If prompted, you may be directed to the Edit EZStub Categories page. Follow the instructions to answer questions about new categories in your payroll file.
10. On the next page, click the Accept EZStub Upload button to confirm your upload.
11. From the main menu, click on the Checkout button to proceed with your transaction.
12. Review the items listed on the Checkout screen and uncheck any that you do not wish to submit. When ready, click on the Continue Checkout button.
13. Verify the number of uploaded pay stubs listed on the Session Report screen matches your intended upload. After confirming, you may log out by clicking the Log Out button.
