Subtopic(s): Forms This policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Paperless Office System (POS) Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) staff that the Documentation Requirements and/or Assessment Follow-Up form (W-113K) and the Eligibility Factors and Suggested Documentation Guide.
