8. Read the compliance message on the Authorize Electronic W2s page and select ‘I Agree.’
9. Enter your primary email address to receive notifications about your W-2 availability. Optionally, you can also add a secondary email address.
10. Make sure to select SAVE to complete the authorization process.
11. To confirm your authorization, check the Authorized status bar; it should display 100% and say ‘Authorized.’
12. You should receive a confirmation email indicating that you have successfully authorized your electronic W2.
13. Once your W-2s are available, log back into EMSS to view and download your documents. You can print them as many times as necessary.
14. If needed, you can revoke your authorization until December 30th and choose to receive your W-2 by mail.
