Eligibility. Any male or female 13 years or older who meets the following qualifying requirements: Must have a Class 2 total (full power or single lift total) from a USPA Drug Tested meet between January 1st, 2019 thru August 3rd, 2020 (unless already full by August 3rd) to qualify.
