13. Indicate the weight of candy shipped in pounds.
14. Check if your carton contains assorted items, recyclables, or other special items, and provide details for 'Other Special Items' as needed.
15. Review your completed form for accuracy, then save your changes. Choose to download, print, or share the form as needed.
