This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Timecard online. By following these instructions, users can ensure their Timecard is filled out accurately and submitted on time.

Follow the steps to successfully complete your Timecard online.

2. Fill in the 'Employee Name' section with your first and last name. Ensure that the names match the identification you have provided.
3. In the 'Social Security Number' field, enter the last four digits of your SSN in the format XXX-XX-XXXX.
4. Complete the 'Department Name/Number' to identify your work location or team.
5. Enter the 'Client Name' and 'Client Address' details, ensuring that you provide accurate information that reflects your workplace.
6. Indicate the 'Week Ending' date to specify the final day of the work week for which you are reporting hours.
7. For each day of the week (Sunday to Saturday), fill in your start time, end time, and the total hours worked rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
8. If applicable, indicate whether 'Assignment Over' by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'.
9. If you took a lunch break, mark the 'LESS LUNCH' checkbox and ensure to account for the break in your total hours.
10. In the section below, write out your total hours for the week in words as requested.
11. Review the certification section, then sign and date the Timecard to confirm the authenticity of the hours reported.
12. Ensure that your supervisor reviews and signs the Timecard as well.
13. After completing the Timecard, save any changes, download the completed document, and either email, fax, or mail it to the contact information provided.
