However, you can object to interrogatories that call for legal conclusions. You can also object to questions if they are not at all related to the court case. To object, you need to write out the reasons for the objection instead of answering the question.

Fieri facias (abbreviated fi. fa.) is a Latin phrase that refers to a writ of execution which directs a state specified officer, usually a sheriff, to take control of a piece of property and sell it in order to satisfy the owner's debt or tax obligations.

Writ of Fieri Facias (Fi Fa) This writ is designed to help a plaintiff obtain sufficient money out of the assets held by the defendant to pay a money judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant at the option of the plaintiff.

Writs of eviction, in case of unlawful entry and detainer, shall be issued within 180 days from the date of judgment for possession and shall be made returnable within 30 days from the date of issuing the writ.

The Writ of Fieri Facias is good for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. This means the Sheriff has ninety (90) days in which to execute the process.

A Summons to Answer Interrogatories is directed to an individual judgment debtor, directing him or her to appear before the court or a Commissioner in Chancery, to answer questions concerning the type, amount, and location of all assets, real and personal, in which the judgment debtor has an interest.

Interrogatories are written questions sent by one party to another, which the responding party must answer under penalty of perjury. Interrogatories allow the parties to ask who, what, when, where and why questions, making them a good method for obtaining new information.

The Writ of Possession is the court form (usually on yellow paper) that allows the Sheriff to evict a tenant. Only the Sheriff, or some other law enforcement officer, can make you leave, or put you and your belongings out. Your landlord can not make you leave, or put you and your belongings out.
