For graduating students, verification of a degree can be issued after the degree has been posted to the student's record, approximately six weeks after the end of the term. If earlier proof of degree is required, contact a degree auditor in 1113 Murphy Hall and complete an Early Certificate of Completion Request.

Students can change the grading basis of optional grading basis courses by the applicable grading basis change deadline as follows: Summer Courses, Online Courses, and Summer Intensives: Log in to MyUCLA and select “Change Grade Type” or submit a Student Update Form to info@summer.ucla.edu, if MyUCLA is not accessible.

In Winter 2023 and thereafter, students will be allowed to change the grading basis on optional P/NP courses through Friday of Week 6 without petition via MyUCLA . Students should check with an academic advisor if they have any questions about this option.
