- Complete and sign Form 112 for permission to study BCOM or any other regular or correspondence course, and attach any necessary documents such as proof of joining a correspondence course or a college timings certificate.
- Confirm that Form 103 is submitted within 30 days from the commencement date of your articleship. If it's submitted after this period, a letter from the principal explaining the delay and the requisite fees must be attached.
- Attach a certified true copy of Form no 102 with the necessary franking of Rs. 100, ensuring the deed of articles in Form no 102 was executed within 30 days.
