  4. In the address section, provide the street number, direction (if applicable), city, street name, state, and zip code as indicated. Ensure required fields marked with an asterisk are completed.
  5. Input the list office name and the name of the listing agent responsible for the property.
  6. Document the original price, original list date, and original expiration date for reference.
  7. If applicable, update the price by entering the new amount in the 'Change Price to' field.
  8. Extend the expiration date by providing a new date in the respective section.
  9. For properties marked as withdrawn or temporarily off market, record the off-market date.
  10. Select the appropriate status change by checking the corresponding box; ensure only one option is selected.
  11. For sold listings, complete the sold status section and ensure the off-market date and financing details are provided.
  12. Complete the closing date and sale price to finalize the transaction details.
  13. Indicate if the seller paid any buyer’s closing costs in the designated area.
  14. Fill in the selling agent and selling office information, including contact numbers.
  15. Use the additional changes section to detail any modifications not covered above by listing the item name and corresponding new information.
  16. Obtain required signatures from the seller and realtor, ensuring dates are recorded next to each signature.
