Rule (30)(b)(6) applies to depositions of both party and nonparty corporations. For nonparty deponent corporations, the rule requires that the noticing party issue a subpoena. Proof of service must be made by filing either: the witness's signed written memorandum attached to the subpoena showing that the witness accepted the subpoena; or. a statement by the person who made the service stating the date, time, and manner of service, and the name of the person served.

10. An attorney may withdraw from representing a party only upon written motion for good cause shown.

No civil suit shall be commenced nor process issued or served on Sunday, except in cases of injunction, attachment, garnishment, sequestration, or distress proceedings; provided that citation by publication published on Sunday shall be valid.

P. 4. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, by order of court, or by any applicable statute, the day of the act, event, or default after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included.
