7. In the Owner Acknowledgment section, confirm satisfaction with the installation by signing and dating the form.
8. Complete the City/County Electrical Code Inspection section by obtaining a signature from the inspector who conducted the compliance check.
9. If your system has a capacity rating of 250 kVA or greater, have it approved by a representative of Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. in the final section of the application.
10. Once all sections are completed, review the document for accuracy. Save any changes and download, print, or share the application as required.
