- Continue to follow the template in subsequent parts to document principal and auxiliary spillways, downstream channels, intake structures, and outlet structures, ensuring all sections are filled accurately.
- Use Part XI to reassess the downstream hazard classification based on the collected data, referencing the criteria detailed in Appendix B.
- In Part XII, provide numbered recommendations based on the inspection findings.
- Insert photographs and sketches as required throughout the document, ensuring they comply with the instructions found in Parts XIII and XIV.
- Obtain the required certifications in Parts XV and XVI from a licensed professional engineer and the dam owners. Ensure their signatures and dates are included.
