- Calculate the total estimated income and detail the estimated trip/event/project expenses, such as transportation, lodging, meals, admission fees, activities, awards, souvenirs, and any other expenses.
- Compute the estimated expenses per girl and the estimated MEA proceeds needed to complete the year/event.
- Review the entire form for accuracy and completeness.
- Sign the form to confirm compliance with Council policies and guidelines, including entering your position and date.
- Submit the completed form to the Service Unit Manager at least six weeks prior to the MEA.
- Ensure the Service Unit Manager submits it to the Director of Membership Services within four weeks of the activity.
- Retain a copy of the application for your records.
