2. Provide your name as requested in the designated field. Ensure this is your legal name for record-keeping purposes.
3. Enter your preferred name for publicity, which may differ from your legal name. This is how you will be recognized in printed materials.
4. Fill out your address, including street number, street name, city, state, and zip code.
5. Input your telephone and cell phone numbers. This helps event organizers reach you if needed.
6. Provide your email address. Make sure it is accurate as this will be used for all communications.
7. If you have a website, enter your website address in the specified field. This can showcase your work to the jurors.
8. Select your media category from the options provided. You may select one or multiple categories that best describe your artwork.
9. If your media category is not listed, use the ‘Other’ field to describe your medium.
10. Select your display requirements. Indicate if you will use a pedestal, free-standing display, wall mount, or another method.
11. If you selected ‘Other’ for display requirements, describe your setup in the provided space.
12. Describe the approximate space you will need, including the number of pieces to display, their sizes, and weights.
13. Compose your artist statement, limited to 25 words. It should convey your inspiration and personal artistic vision succinctly.
14. Review the entry checklist to ensure all required fields are complete, noting the submission deadline of August 1, 2014.
15. Submit your completed application form to auburnartwalk2@gmail.com. Attach at least four digital images of your artwork with the email.
16. Send a non-refundable fee of $25.00 to Auburn Art Walk, PO Box 1282, Auburn, WA 98071. Make sure to include your check number.
17. If selected, commit to attending the artist orientation on the evening of August 19, 2014.
18. After all steps are complete, save your changes, download a copy for your records, or print the form as needed.
