4. By Mail. Print and mail us the Transcript Request Form (PDF). Mail the completed form to The University of Virginia's College at Wise, Office of the Registrar, One College Avenue, Wise, VA 24293.

Transcripts must be sent by an official at your school(s) directly by mail or electronically through the Naviance system to be considered official. Proof of high school graduation must be submitted before you will be approved to begin class.

Transcripts can be ordered by letter, on-line (http://.getmytranscript.com ), or in person from the Office of the Registrar. To insure prompt delivery of the transcript, requests should be made at least two weeks before the transcript is desired. The established fee for each transcript is five dollars.

Official electronic transcripts may be sent to any valid email address, but the recipient may not accept the electronic transcript. Please verify with the recipient(s) what is considered acceptable before placing your electronic transcript request.

If the applicant's transcript cannot be forwarded, please indicate the reason. Send the materials promptly to Office of Admissions, Marymount University, 2807 N. Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22207-4299 and notify the applicant that you have done so. For further information, call (703) 284-1500.
