- Repeat the previous step for the inverters and include the balance of the system costs, installation/labor cost, and any other applicable costs.
- Calculate the total cost before incentive and the incentive amount, followed by the cost to the customer after applying the incentive.
- Complete the system specifications, including tilt, orientation, total system size in kW, customer's annual electric usage in kWh, expected annual kWh produced, and annual electrical offset.
- If applicable, indicate the battery capacity, and check the box if the total square footage of the PV array exceeds 4,000 square feet for an environmental assessment.
- In the certification statement section, ensure the installer or contractor provides their signature and date, along with printed names. Obtain and provide the customer's signature and printed name as well.
- Once all fields are completed, you can save changes to the document. Options will be available to download, print, or share the completed application.
