Failure to fulfill this requirement may result in the Contractor being found in noncompliance. Failure to resolve the non-compliance may lead to a reduction in the Contractor s prequalification rating pursuant to the Administrative Rules Governing the Prequalification of Bidders for Highway and Transportation Construction Work DISTRIBUTION ORIGINAL - MDOT OEO/LANSING OFFICE ELIGILIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR OJT PARTICIPANTS COPY - RESIDENT/PROJECT ENGINEER The person cannot have experience in the training program he/she will be training in COPY - CONTRACTOR cannot be an immediate relative of his/her employer and must be at least eighteen 18 years of age cannot have a college degree or be on summer leave/vacation from a college program cannot be in his/her fourth year of apprenticeship unless the person has completed his/her third year of apprenticeship with the same contractor.
