- Select the appropriate Supervisor ID while completing the form. If the supervisor is already approved, their details will auto-fill in the form.
- Make any necessary changes in the form prior to locking it for final printing. Begin filling from Step 1 again and select Update to save any changes.
- Before locking the form, review all fields in the Form Preview carefully to ensure accuracy. Once locked, no further edits can be made.
- Submit the completed Provisional Registration Form, along with the fee receipt and required self-attested documents, to the office of the Dean (Academics) at PTU.
- Upon submission, wait for the confirmation email with your Provisional Registration Number and course allocation details to arrive in your registered email.
