9. Ensure that the nonprofit organization completes Section B of the application, which includes verifying the service hours and organization eligibility.
10. Once both sections are completed, submit the application to the nonprofit organization. They will send the completed application along with required documents to the specified MP-VIP Administration Office address.
11. Finally, after your application is submitted, please allow 30 processing days before checking the status of your grant request. You may also opt to save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.
