The Queensland first home owners' grant provides first-time home buyers an extra bit of help to get into the market sooner. If eligible, you'll get $15,000 towards buying or building your new home. The Queensland grant covers new houses, units and townhouses—you can even buy off the plan or choose to build yourself.

The first home buyer duty concession provides a 50% discount on property transfer duty fees for first home buyers of an established home.

The Program provides employers who are not entitled to claim the Payroll Tax Rebate Scheme, a subsidy of up to $5,000 for each apprentice or trainee they employ as a new worker from 1 January 2021.
