How to fill out the Empowerpay online
Filling out the Empowerpay form is essential for accessing employee self-service features. This guide provides you with clear, step-by-step instructions to successfully complete the registration process.
Follow the steps to complete your Empowerpay registration
- Click ‘Get Form’ button to access the Empowerpay registration form.
- Enter your client code and create a user ID. Make sure to follow the prompts and avoid using the enter key; instead, always click the next button.
- Authenticate your identity by providing your first and last name exactly as they appear on your paycheck stub, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your home zip code. Click next to proceed.
- Select three different security questions and provide answers for each. These will be needed for password recovery. After answering, click submit.
- If validation fails, check your responses for accuracy and go back to resolve any issues. Once registered, a temporary password will be sent to your work email.
- Once you have the temporary password, navigate back to the Empowerpay website to log in. Enter your client code, user ID, and the temporary password to proceed.
- You will be prompted to change your temporary password. Ensure your new password has at least ten characters, including one numeric character, one special character, and one uppercase letter. After entering and confirming your new password, click submit.
- Upon successful completion, you will be logged into the Employee Self Service portal.
