- Before certifying your form, print a copy of the PSQ to bring to your Facility Security Officer for review.
- Upon review, your Facility Security Officer may request additional information or your presence for certification.
- After certifying your PSQ, print the release forms and certification for your signature.
- Finally, print an archival copy of your PSQ for your records, then click on 'Release Request/Transmit to Agency'.
