- Complete the address section by filling in your street, city, and zip code. Double-check to confirm there are no errors.
- Ensure you review the special rules and guidelines provided. Remember that solo vocalists are only permitted, and that the maximum length of the song should not exceed 4 minutes. Make sure you have a CD accompaniment track or an acoustic guitar ready.
- Note the competition dates and times specified for different age categories. Competitors must check in between 11:00 am to 11:55 am on their designated date.
- Submit the completed entry form by the deadline, January 31st, 2013. You can return the form via email to Stacey Mills at Staceyvocalcomp@aol.com or send it to the provided mailing address.
- Once your form is submitted, maintain a copy for your records. You can save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.
