Students can immediately access unofficial transcripts from “Student Self-Service” in the MyMercer portal up until two years after their last semester at the college. Thereafter, students must request official transcripts. All requests for official transcripts must be submitted through the Parchment Storefront.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.

Requesting an Official Transcript Transcript requests may be submitted online, in person, by mail, or fax at (828) 697-0811. If you would like to pay online using your student My. BlueRidge account, please allow 24 hours once you have submitted the request for the fee to be reflected on your account.
