- After being nominated, the 'RECEIVING INSTITUTION' must sign with the coordinator's name, signature, and stamp, along with the date.
- Indicate the total ECTS credits for the pre-approval of the study program.
- Add any comments from the academic study board regarding the study program on page 1.
- If applicable, outline how you will ensure that the stay does not extend your study duration at SDU.
- Sign and date the ‘Student’s signature’ section.
- Once all fields are completed, save the changes and print or download the form as a new PDF.
