- Record the date you visited the employer, the job title you applied for, and the result of your job search application by marking either ‘Completed,’ ‘Not Completed,’ or ‘Other’ as applicable.
- Ensure you document the start time, end time, and total time spent for each job search activity related to an employer.
- Repeat steps 6 through 8 for each employer you have interacted with during the reporting week.
- At the bottom of the form, calculate the total internal hours and extern job searching hours. Add these to get the total hours spent on job searching.
