From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, then select Installed Packages. Click Manage Licenses next to the package. Note To assign licenses for a package, you must have access to the package and at least one available license. To assign licenses to more users, click Add Users.

To view and managed licenses go to Setup > Installed Packages and click Manage Licenses next to the package name, here you can see the names of the individual users assigned a license for the package.

Assign Licenses for Managed Packages From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users. Click Assign Licenses from the Managed Packages list. Select the package you want to assign to the user.

In the file name field, type LICENSE or LICENSE.md (with all caps). Under the file name, click Choose a license template. On the left side of the page, under "Add a license to your project," review the available licenses, then select a license from the list. Click Review and submit.

Two particularly significant versions of the BSD license are the BSD Zero Clause License and the BSD 3-Clause License. These are both highly permissive licenses to use and can ensure other developers will feel comfortable using your code without having to fork over any proceeds if they begin monetizing their own work.

Mass assign 'managed package' licenses with Data Loader Prepare a csv file with the following columns: User ID. Package License ID.
