There are no restrictions for people who have a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass. Passengers with a 60+ London Oyster photocard, Older Person's Freedom Pass or English National Concessionary Scheme pass are not able to use their card between 4.30am-9am, Monday to Friday on TfL services (bus, Tube and DLR).

Freedom Passes have a set renewal date on 31 March, five years after you were issued your pass. You'll receive a renewal application form in the year of renewal. To renew your pass, return the completed form before the deadline.

The Freedom Pass allows you to travel on local bus services across England during off-peak times - 9.30am to 11pm Monday to Friday and all day at other times.

Free travel is valid on these routes at any time: National Rail routes on which any Freedom Pass holder may travel free from 9.30am Monday to Friday and at any time weekends and public holidays.

If you are deemed eligible for any other form of travel benefit, such as the Freedom Pass for example, this is not relevant to your eligibility for a Blue Badge. ... The Blue Badge is issued under completely separate legislation, and councils don't have any discretionary powers to change the criteria.

The agreement that TfL has with London Councils is that the Older Persons Freedom Pass is valid 9am to 4.30am Monday to Friday and all day on weekends and Bank Holidays. A Disabled Freedom Pass is valid all day every day. London Councils fund all the journeys that are made at those times.
