- Choose an image from the 'Select Security Image' dropdown. This image will be displayed on the login screen. Additionally, enter your personal Security Phrase, which can be up to 128 characters, then click Next.
- Input the Image Text as prompted, then click Next.
- Enter your Paylocity assigned Company ID, your last name, and your nine-digit Social Security number. Confirm your SSN and enter your home zip code, then click Next.
- Select a login challenge question from the provided dropdown options and answer each question in the respective fields. Each answer is limited to 80 characters. Click Next.
- Review all the information you have entered to ensure it is correct. Once verified, click Finish to complete the creation of your new user account and gain access to Web Pay.
