Submitting a Fee Waiver Visit the High School Portal and log in to your school's account. Once logged in, navigate to the Submit a Fee Waiver tab. A student must be registered with a certification account and select fee waiver before they will show up on your report.

Only classes in English, math (Algebra 1 or higher), natural or physical science, social science, foreign language, comparative religion or philosophy may be approved as NCAA core courses. Remedial classes and classes completed through credit-by-exam are not considered NCAA core courses.

Make a payment or get a fee waiver – The cost of the Eligibility Center is $70 for US and Canadian athletes and $120 for international athletes. Fee waivers are available with the help of your high school councilor.

What are the NCAA Eligibility Center standards I must meet? You must graduate from high school. You must successfully complete all core courses. You must have a minimum 2.000 GPA in core courses; and. You must have a minimum qualifying score on the ACT or SAT.

The NCAA Eligibility Center process will take months or years to complete, depending on when you register. Initial NCAA registration will take 15-30 minutes, or up to 45 minutes for a Certification Account. Expect to spend around 30 hours throughout high school dedicated to the NCAA Eligibility Center process.
